Multi-Site UK Retail Banking Operations Leader

Infosys Limited is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee UK retail banking activities delivered across Client locations in the UK. The role manages front-line teams, ensures service levels, regulatory adherence and customer experience in a relationship-led, community-focused bank environment.

You will drive day-to-day operations, run daily huddles, oversee reporting, training, QA, and performance management, and work with cross-site teams including potential offshore processes.
