Support meaningful client interactions as a multilingual Personal Banking Advisor at RBC’s Toronto branch, using communication and digital literacy daily.

This full-time trainee position helps clients with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. You will listen carefully, provide advice, demonstrate technology, and support financial transactions. Your client-focused sales approach will help identify referrals, resolve problems, and strengthen loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to clients and understand individual needs
• Provide banking help and advice
• Drive sales through client education
• Assist with full financial transactions
• Prevent and resolve client banking problems

Requirements:

• Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, Filipino, or Korean
• Mutual Funds accreditation or training-period commitment
• Hands-on success in target-driven sales
• Strong ethics, flexibility, and eagerness to learn
• Availability during all open business hours
