Municipal Asset Management Analyst

Support municipal asset programs with GIS data and Cityworks expertise at the City of St. Albert. This position offers a hybrid-eligible work arrangement.

Reporting to the Senior Asset Management Specialist, the Asset Management Analyst supports departments and advances asset management programs. The work includes asset registers, reporting, data validation, and municipal asset planning. You will collaborate with Community Services, Public Operations, Recreation and Parks, and Emergency Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and validate data across managed asset datasets
• Manage GIS datasets and maintain asset registers
• Prepare reports and assist Tangible Capital Asset reporting
• Support departmental asset management plans and corporate reporting
• Coordinate Cityworks migration, testing, training, and data integrity

Requirements:

• Relevant degree plus one year of related experience
• Relevant diploma plus three years of related experience
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Online or PowerBI visualization tools
• Proficiency in asset management and performance measures
• Valid Alberta Class 5 licence and personal vehicle access
