Municipal Infrastructure Team Manager

Lead Dillon’s Linear Municipal Infrastructure team from the Chatham office, using strong leadership, technical capabilities, and collaborative communication.

As Team Manager, you will guide engineers and technologists designing civil infrastructure across southwestern Ontario and Canada. The position focuses on team growth, professional development, performance management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication. Flexible work hours and hybrid work arrangement options are available.
