Hiring: Murex Analyst | Mississauga, ON | Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Murex Analyst with 10+ years of industry experience to support Treasury, FICC, and EQD trading/risk platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Murex binary non-regression testing and work with QA to investigate automation discrepancies.
  • Support Treasury modules including cost of funds, cash rollover and cash ladder/cash flow analysis .
  • Support PLVAR for FICC & EQD products, including risk-factor analysis, Murex extractions/feeders, and business issue investigation.
  • Work with downstream IT teams to resolve data quality/reporting issues .
  • Perform SQL/Sybase database queries for Murex data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Totem submissions , including new product deployments and BAU issue investigation.
  • Map Totem pricing fields to Murex e-TradePad fields.
  • Work with Senior Java Developers and the Murex vendor to troubleshoot API/pricing issues.
  • Knowledge of Murex pre-trade rules is a plus.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Product Control, Front Office, Middle Office and IT teams.

  • Strong Murex functional/technical experience
  • Experience with PLVAR, Totem and Murex e-TradePad
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and data investigation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive tasks to completion, escalate blockers and identify automation opportunities
