National Security Operations Center Operator

Support employee safety from Securiguard’s Burnaby office as a National Security Operations Center Operator with dispatch and communication skills.

This part-time customer service position supports Security Officers working in the field. You will handle inbound employee calls, make internal safety calls, and provide efficient assistance. The work requires security operations experience, sound judgment, and situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact employees and monitor required hourly check-ins
• Serve security guards and clients after hours
• Schedule after-hour requests and dispatch mobile resources
• Manage break relief for Securiguard sites
• Track issues and update clients and personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of security operations experience
• Experience in SOC, dispatch, control centre, or monitoring environments
• Valid British Columbia Security Worker Licence
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Accurate typing speed of 40 or more words per minute
