Naval Life-Cycle & Hull Systems Lead

Thales Canada in Mill Bay, BC, is seeking a Naval Architect Technologist / Life Cycle and Materiel Manager (LCMM) to support Royal Canadian Navy programs. This hybrid role can be located in Malahat, BC, and reports to Engineering Services.

You will oversee hull systems design, maintenance planning, investigations, and documentation, liaising with OEMs and ship staff to resolve defects and manage configuration changes.
