BAE Systems is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a six‑month, on‑site contract in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. You will lead software design for naval radar subsystems within a 70‑strong software team, providing guidance and engineering expertise across requirements, design, implementation, testing and verification.

Requirements include extensive experience in a high‑level programming language with Ada95 desirable, UML proficiency, and prior defence or regulated industry exposure.
