Overview

In this hands-on leadership role, you will own the technical integrity of a housing and asset management platform, overseeing environments, releases, integrations, and data governance. You will act as the technical authority across multiple system environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security. You will drive best practices across the software lifecycle with partners and stakeholders to deliver reliable services. This is a chance to shape enterprise-scale systems and maintain high standards of delivery in a critical public sector domain.

Responsibilities
  • Technical leadership for configuration and management of housing and asset management systems
  • Maintain consistency across development, test, staging, and production environments
  • Monitor performance, availability, and health of systems across environments
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with vendors and partners
  • Manage deployment schedules, maintenance, and release approvals across teams
  • Develop and maintain release management processes, including rollback/recovery procedures
  • Lead testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations and APIs
  • Implement quality controls and sign-off processes throughout release lifecycle
  • Oversee data migration activities and ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
  • Promote adherence to security, governance, and compliance requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of development, testing, and deployment standards
Key requirements
  • Significant experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise business systems
  • Strong expertise in environment management, release processes, system upgrades, and deployment pipelines
  • Experience testing and assuring third-party integrations and APIs
  • Understanding of data governance, migration assurance, security controls, and best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
