.NET Architect

In this role you drive the architecture of a social messaging platform as it expands into the UK and European markets. You will shape scalable, cloud-native solutions using a modern .NET stack and microservices, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features. Your contribution spans from design and governance to hands-on implementation and mentoring. • Define and govern microservices architecture for a scalable platform
• Lead .NET-based development using C# and .NET 10.0
• Collaborate with frontend teams (Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript) and backend services
• Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and operations
• Support Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban, TDD/BDD)
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices
• Drive learning and adoption of new technologies via training opportunities

• Proficient in .NET 10.0 and C# 14
• Experience with Azure SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of .NET MAUI, GitHub Copilot, Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands-on with microservices architecture
• Frontend familiarity with Angular 21, Vue.js, TypeScript
• Exposure to Azure and AWS, Node.js
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and TDD/BDD
• Based in the UK with right to work
• Experience in distributed systems and performance optimization
