.NET Architect

As a .NET Architect, you will lead the architectural direction for a social messaging platform expanding into UK/European markets. You’ll shape scalable, cloud-native solutions using modern .NET stacks and microservices, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust, high-performance product. • Define and evolve the software architecture for a microservices-based social messaging platform
• Lead technical delivery across the stack (.backend, frontend, and cloud) leveraging .NET 10.0, C# 14, and containerized services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals and market expansion
• Mentor engineers, promote TDD/BDD and agile best practices
• Evaluate and adopt tools and platforms (Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Copilot) to improve scalability and reliability
• Drive code quality and security standards across the product
• Support deployment, performance tuning, and cloud-native patterns for multi-region readiness
• Contribute to strategic initiatives around UK/European market expansion and training opportunities

• Proficiency in .NET 10.0 and C# 14
• Experience with Azure SQL, .NET MAUI, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong background in microservices architecture
• Frontend exposure with Angular 21, Vue.js, TypeScript
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Node.js
• Knowledge of Agile, TDD, BDD, Scrum, Kanban
• Based in the UK with right to work
