In this role you will build and maintain online systems using C#.NET and MSSQL, contributing to a forward-thinking team in a market-leading UK home-improvement company. You will work across desktop and mobile projects, integrating third-party software and APIs to deliver robust solutions. You’ll participate in all stages of the software lifecycle, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ship solutions that scale. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with opportunities to work across technologies and client interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain online systems using C#.NET and MSSQL
  • Collaborate on desktop and mobile projects as opportunities arise
  • Integrate third-party software and work with REST, SOAP, APIs, XML
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial development experience with C#.NET
  • Proficiency in Web API, MVC, .NET Core, and Blazor
  • Experience with MS SQL
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST API testing tools
  • Familiarity with Web Services, JavaScript, and JQuery
  • Experience with Visual Studio using MVC
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
