As a .NET Developer at Quant Capital, you will help scale a fintech back-office platform from proof of concept to large-scale production. You’ll own the frontend alongside a small, entrepreneurial team and shape architecture and design choices. You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver robust solutions while advocating code quality and simplicity. Responsibilities
- Lead the entirety of the frontend delivery
- Collaborate with the development director and team to design and model platform solutions
- Ensure best practices, code quality, and maintainable architecture
- Research and evaluate new technologies to advance the product
- Contribute hands-on to full software lifecycle in a high-growth setup
- Engage with clients and build strong working relationships to inform development
- Drive innovation and help shape team culture and capabilities
Key requirements
- 3+ years of .NET development experience
- SQL knowledge and experience
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise software projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong team collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and passion for technology
- Financial services experience preferred but not essential
