Overview

In this role you will design, build, and support .NET-based software solutions, often in Azure, to help customers work more effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly engage with customers to refine requirements and deliver high-quality software. The position focuses on scalable engineering practices and a practical, run-it-yourself mentality to maintain and improve products. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and support software solutions using .NET technologies
  • Manage backlog with the team, refine requirements, and deliver high-quality software
  • Support products and code you help create under a "you build it, you run it" model
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and discuss solutions
  • Improve team efficiency, scalability, and engineering practices using modern tools and technologies
Key requirements
  • 4+ years of software development experience, ideally .NET web/desktop
  • Experience with object-oriented languages (C#, C++, Java, or Python)
  • Familiarity with version control, TDD, BDD, or similar practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and be self-driven
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
