NetSuite Administrator

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to manage, support, and optimise our NetSuite ERP system. This role is critical in ensuring the platform supports business operations effectively, drives efficiencies, and evolves alongside organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform (roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related queries and issues
- Configure and customise NetSuite to meet business requirements
- Manage user access, security, and system integrity
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and KPIs
- Support integrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with external partners where required
- Deliver user training and documentation
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation
- Support upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder (desirable)
- Ability to create advanced saved searches and reports
- Strong understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL)
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
Qualifications
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred)
- Degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field (desirable)
