Overview

As Senior Business Analyst, you will drive business analysis for our Enterprise IT Applications program, ensuring requirements align with the transformation agenda. You collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions. You’ll analyze processes, model data, and validate designs with technical teams, guiding change management and governance. This role offers scope to shape digital initiatives across CRM, ERP, and finance domains, through cross-functional collaboration and rigorous delivery. You will work in a hybrid setting with a focus on impact and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit, document and manage business/technical requirements; produce BRDs and functional specs
  • Engage stakeholders; maintain regular project communications
  • Analyze current processes and drive improvements
  • Analyze data and create actionable reports for decision-making
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions
  • Support change management and implement adoption strategies
  • Develop and execute test plans; conduct UAT and ensure quality
  • Provide project support and documentation for PMs
  • Create training materials and train end-users
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
Key requirements
  • Proven business analysis experience in CRM, Finance, ERP and other enterprise IT systems
  • Proficiency with BABOK, UML, BPMN
  • Experience with transformation projects, including M&A integration and organizational change management
  • Experience in on-prem to SaaS migrations, especially for internal use software and Office 365
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and data migrations; security, compliance and governance knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels
  • Elicitation, documentation and management of business/technical requirements
  • Process mapping and re-engineering experience
  • Data analysis, data modelling and reporting capabilities
  • Financial acumen and ability to analyse financial data for projects
  • Leadership and teamwork; mentoring junior analysts; cross-functional collaboration
