NetSuite configuration and SuiteScript expertise can support Caseware’s ERP ecosystem while connecting Finance, RevOps, and IT across integrated systems.

Caseware seeks a NetSuite Administrator/Developer to administer, configure, customize, and evolve its ERP environment. The work includes SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, saved searches, custom records, forms, integrations, and automation. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions supporting finance and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, records, and forms
  • Build integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and middleware tools
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations
  • Troubleshoot system issues, discrepancies, and integration failures
  • Support upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management

Requirements:

  • Three or more years administering or developing NetSuite
  • Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party enterprise systems
  • Understanding of core financial and accounting processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
