NetSuite ERP Implementation Consultant

Lead NetSuite ERP implementations at RSM while applying financial systems expertise, accounting knowledge, and analytical problem-solving skills. This role follows RSM’s hybrid workstyle.

As a NetSuite Implementation Consultant, you will lead ERP implementations and system changes for clients. You will assess business and technical requirements, recommend suitable accounting systems, and improve manual accounting processes. The work includes data integrity, testing, troubleshooting, training, and coordination with client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementations and changes to existing systems
• Determine business and technical requirements for software selection
• Establish and maintain data integrity procedures and policies
• Coordinate testing with client users and engineering teams
• Train end users on financial system features

Requirements:

• Five or more years using financial applications or ERP systems
• Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or equivalent
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio
