Overview

As a Functional Consultant, you will translate customer business requirements into NetSuite capabilities and tailor the application to fit their needs. You’ll lead design and implementation for moderately complex engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated solutions within time and budget. You’ll work closely with customers, attend project meetings, and act as a go-to resource for key functional areas, helping clients succeed in the cloud. This role combines advisory and hands-on configuration to drive real business impact.

Responsibilities
  • document and validate business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
  • configure/customize NetSuite to meet requirements
  • attend project meetings and report progress
  • provide consulting and cross-functional support to customers
  • lead solution design and implementation for engagements
  • deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex projects
Key requirements
  • Consulting experience in ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce
  • Industry knowledge in Software/Services/Wholesale Distribution/Retail
  • Ability to implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce Solution
