NetSuite Senior Business Analyst

In this role you will bridge business needs, finance, and technology to optimise NetSuite-driven financial processes. You’ll engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape requirements, map processes, and lead transformation within a finance-focused function. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and delivering practical, value-driven improvements across systems and workflows. You will operate in a project-focused environment, driving finance transformation and best practices while keeping a hands-on, proactive approach.

• Analyse and translate business requirements for NetSuite-enabled financial processes
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation for finance systems
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance users, and IT/third-party providers
• Drive process improvement, optimisation, and systems transformation initiatives
• Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
• Support internal projects with strategic thinking and project leadership
• Maintain organised project management and stakeholder communication
• Ensure best practices in NetSuite Core Financials are applied

• 4+ years hands-on NetSuite experience
• Strong finance background with ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified
• Solid understanding of NetSuite Core Financials and end-to-end financial processes
• Proven experience in business process improvement and systems transformation
• Demonstrable strategic thinking and experience leading internal projects
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills
• Strong BA methodologies knowledge and ability to adapt techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with C-suite and senior stakeholders
