Overview
In this role you will lead hands-on NetSuite recovery for a post-go-live programme, focusing on stabilising key finance processes. You’ll assess the current solution, diagnose root causes, and drive remediation to restore reliable journals and financial reporting. You’ll balance architecture oversight with practical coding and configuration work, collaborating across business and technical stakeholders. The role is remote with a possible London visit, and requires immediate availability to kick off the remediation effort. You will shape the approach, coordinate UAT and deployment, and help scale a resilient NetSuite solution aligned with the finance function.

- Assess the existing NetSuite deployment and identify root causes of design and development issues
- Lead remediation activities to stabilise finance processes, especially journals and reporting
- Provide hands-on NetSuite coding and configuration to implement fixes and improvements
- Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities during the recovery programme
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements and deliverables
- Align recovery work with project timelines and governance, ensuring rapid start and execution
- Extensive NetSuite architecture and delivery experience
- Strong hands-on coding and configuration capability
- Experience recovering or remediating troubled implementations
- Finance process knowledge, particularly journals and reporting
- Strong UAT, defect resolution and deployment experience
- Able to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams
