NetSuite Solution Architect (Senior Manager)

A Global Consultancy is looking for an experienced NetSuite Solution Architect who can lead both solution architecture and client engagement. This role requires deep hands-on NetSuite experience, strong solution design capabilities, and a proven ability to manage client relationships while communicating clearly across technical and business stakeholders and can function as a very strong engagement manager and solution architect.

This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, assessing technology landscapes, evaluating solution architecture, designing tailored NetSuite solutions, and advising clients through successful ERP implementations part of larger transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and accounting workflows, system configurations, and leading practices for optimizing NetSuite to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and architect full-cycle NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map financial processes, and define solution designs.
• Configure NetSuite (workflows, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, integrations).
• Support data migration, testing, training, and post‑go-live stabilization.
• Identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities within NetSuite.
• Contribute to practice development, SOWs, proposals, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of NetSuite implementation & consulting experience (financial modules strongly preferred).
• Minimum bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and core business processes (CPA/finance background a plus).
• Hands-on expertise with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, configurations, and data migration.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
• SuiteScript or other ERP systems experience is a plus.
• NetSuite certifications required (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, etc.).
