As Network & Voice Engineer you will design, implement, and support ADM Investor Services' network and unified communications infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. You will work with local and global IT teams on project delivery, upgrades, and incident resolution. The role focuses on robust LAN/WAN/VPN networking and voice systems, enabling reliable connectivity across sites. You’ll address complex issues and contribute to security and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role in a fast-paced financial services tech environment with opportunities to influence architecture and roadmaps.

- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure
- Manage routing, switching, and firewall configurations (Cisco)
- Monitor performance and security using SolarWinds or similar tools
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
- Implement network security best practices
- Collaborate with vendors and ISPs to ensure reliable connectivity
- Maintain network connectivity between vendors/sites/ISPs
- Design, configure, and maintain Voice Phone systems including call routing and recording
- Manage integrations between Voice systems and PSTN providers (SIP trunks, SBCs)
- Support provisioning and number management (DIDs, porting, user assignments)
- Maintain and troubleshoot IP phones, mobile voice apps, and phone appliances
- Ensure voice security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Participate in network/voice architecture planning, capacity forecasting, and documentation
- Ensure IT security policy and data protection compliance
- Provide tier-3 support for escalated incidents
- Document network topology, configurations, and changes
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for voice and network
- Contribute to policies and best practices for unified communications
- Participate in technology roadmaps, upgrades, and optimization
- Occasional out-of-hours work
- 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication
