Overview

You join a growing Managed Services team to own network incident management and proactive operations. You’ll troubleshoot complex, multi-site environments, drive root-cause analysis, and shape design and documentation for resilient networks. Your work aligns with ITIL-based processes and customer standards, delivering stable and secure network services. You’ll collaborate across projects to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and enable continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and manage incidents and problems within agreed SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring or major incidents
  • Assist with project designs to meet customer requirements
  • Ensure environments adhere to standards and compliance
  • Maintain and update technical documentation to professional standards
  • Proactively identify improvements for stability, availability, and performance
  • Contribute to network roadmaps, proposals, impact assessments, and statements of work
  • Install and configure new equipment for projects
  • Contribute to design and implementation of new network platforms with accompanying docs (HLD/LLD)
Key requirements
  • Technical knowledge of multi-vendor network technologies in enterprise deployments
  • Hands-on experience with firewall and security appliance configuration and management
  • Experience with Cisco/HPE Aruba Routing/Switching environments and firewall vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate, CheckPoint)
  • Knowledge of core LAN technologies (spanning tree, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, LAN, and Wireless is beneficial
  • Vendor certifications (associate level) from Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, FortiNet, CheckPoint
  • Experience in a multi-client or solution provider environment is beneficial
  • ITIL certification and experienced in ITIL framework preferred
