Overview

In this role you will support, maintain and improve the network stack that underpins our trading systems. You’ll work with a focused engineering and support team to ensure reliability for buy/sell-side clients and global clients. You will tackle infrastructure issues, automate deployment, and help scale global data centres. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you directly impact service quality and uptime for critical trading workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to infrastructure and network inquiries from clients
  • Support customers and resolve server and connectivity issues
  • Improve documentation of support policies and procedures
  • Analyze server failures and implement preventive solutions
  • Automate server deployment
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain globally distributed data centre infrastructure
Key requirements
  • 1–5 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure support
  • CCNA
  • Linux experience
  • Routing and switching experience
  • AWS exposure
  • Hardware setup and maintenance experience
  • STEM degree
  • Customer-focused
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales & software engineering)
  • Problem-solving under pressure
