Network Engineer (OT&IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure OT & IT networks aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 standards and Zero Trust principles

• Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure maximum uptime and security.

• Proactively monitor network health and resolve complex routing/switching issues using a methodical, root-cause approach..

• Lead and support the delivery of network modifications and security upgrades in line with change procedures and risk assessment to minimise operational impact.

• Identify, assess, and implement security improvements to protect critical infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing, maintaining and supporting OT networks.

• Ability to design networks aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 or other recognised industry standards.

• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, static and dynamic routing, switching and IP addressing principles.

• In-depth knowledge of redundancy protocols and experience configuring access control lists (ACLs).

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a focus on preventing future incidents.

• Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
