Network Engineer Team Lead

Network Team Lead - London - Quantitative Technology - High-Performance Infrastructure

I’m working with a leading quantitative technology firm looking for a Network Team Lead to provide technical leadership across a highly sophisticated global network environment.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can combine deep networking expertise with genuine SRE, automation and observability experience.

Python / Ansible / Infrastructure as Code

SRE / Reliability / Automation

You’ll lead a highly technical network function while remaining close to the engineering, helping evolve the infrastructure, automation and observability supporting large-scale research and compute environments.

A particularly interesting opportunity for someone who wants genuine technical ownership rather than a purely managerial position.
