Overview

In this role you will design, deploy and maintain the trading and business network infrastructure to ensure high uptime and robust performance. You will work closely with Technology and Trading teams to evolve networking and security systems, focusing on low latency and efficient utilization. You’ll automate routine network tasks and diagnose issues to recommend future improvements, contributing to the firm’s fast-paced, high-performance trading environment. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge tech and a collaborative, open culture that rewards technical excellence and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and evolve networking and security systems in collaboration with Technology and Trading teams
  • Monitor networks for latency, throughput, and efficient utilization
  • Automate repetitive network administration tasks
  • Diagnose issues and provide recommendations for future improvements
  • Collaborate with technology and trading staff and contribute to vision and direction
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of network engineering experience
  • Experience with Cisco switches and products
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting of IP networking
  • Knowledge of BGP and OSPF, Layer 2 switching and firewalls
