Network Infrastructure Analyst Lindsay

Network infrastructure expertise supports the City of Kawartha Lakes in Lindsay, Ontario, with secure systems planning, implementation, and administration.

The Network Analyst maintains the City’s IT infrastructure across networking, servers, storage, backup, client devices, and security. This position requires infrastructure design, Windows and Linux administration, scripting, and cybersecurity knowledge. The role also supports technology projects, governance, and external service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement, monitor, and administer IT infrastructure
• Maintain secure network, server, storage, backup, and client systems
• Develop scripts supporting technical and business systems
• Provide escalated support to technical support staff
• Coordinate service and support with external providers

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Computer Systems or related field
• Minimum five years of related progressive experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
• Experience with vulnerability management and security incident response
• ITIL Foundations Certificate required or willingness to obtain
