Network Infrastructure Engineer

Our Client a bank with offices in Central London are looking to recruit a Network Infrastructure Engineer with at least 5 to 10 years hands-on experience. The Client is ideally looking for a candidate with a Financial Services or Banking sector experience.

Technical/Functional Skills

• Proficient in common windows operating systems
• Windows 11, Windows Server , Redhat & Ubunto Linux based Operating Systems

Software proficiency

• VMWare vSphere & vCenter v8.0 and above
• Veeam Backup and Replication
• Veeam Orchestrator and VeeamOne,Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Symantec Endpoint Encryption
• ManageEngine Endpoint Central
• Microsoft Office 365
• Bloomberg FXT/eikons
• Murex Treasury System
• SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA)
• Networking (IT), Cisco Switches and Routers
• Fortigate Firewalls, LAN/WAN Routing
• Hardware, Dell PowerEdge Servers, Dell PowerVault SAN Storage
• Data analysis - PC/Laptop support (formatting, imaging, etc).
• Experience of writing and updating IT policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Needs experiencing in delivering projects in fast pace environment.

This is 3 days in the office position at the Clients offices in Central London.

This is a FTC position for 6 months with a salary of circa £45K - £55K.
