Network Infrastructure Engineer Ottawa

Build and administer enterprise network infrastructure for R.W. Tomlinson Limited at 100 Citigate Drive in Ottawa. Use routing, switching, and design expertise.

As an experienced Network Administrator, you will manage network growth, device provisioning, hardware configuration, and implementation. The role supports complex projects and escalated incidents while leading a small IT team. Hands-on knowledge of Data Center systems, LAN, WAN, and high-availability environments is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network infrastructure solutions
• Configure network hardware and provision devices
• Manage network growth and administration
• Lead projects involving complex network environments
• Liaise with network vendors as required

Requirements:

• Five or more years of network professional experience
• Experience with routing protocols and Layer 3 devices
• Hands-on routing and switching across multiple VLANs
• Experience configuring switches and MPLS networks
• Knowledge of Mobility Controllers, Enterprise WiFi, and AP management
