Network Operations Specialist (L1) - Cisco & SD-WAN

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a proactive Network Engineer (L1) to provide operational support for enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security.

You will monitor health, handle incidents, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and escalate complex problems to L2/L3 teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, WLAN, firewalls, and network monitoring tools within an ITIL-driven environment.
