Network Site Reliability Engineer – Quant Trading

In this Network SRE role, you will help design, build, and sustain the shared infrastructure that underpins high-performance trading. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, automate operations, and expand global network capacity in a collaborative, flat culture. The position offers exposure to hardware, OS, Python/Go development, AWS, and storage domains, enabling you to shape scalable, resilient systems. This is a hands-on role in a cutting-edge trading environment with a strong emphasis on learning and ownership.

• Develop network and datacenter infrastructure with consistent, straightforward designs
• Support high-performance trading by addressing outages and performing root cause analysis
• Simplify complex systems and automate processes for seamless operation
• Actively seek and apply new knowledge and ideas
• Independently manage projects and time effectively
• Collaborate across teams to extend global infrastructure

• Strong network engineering and architecture skills
• Knowledge of switch internals, Ethernet, IP routing, VPN, tunneling protocols, routing protocols, firewall configuration and debugging
• Proficiency in network automation, management, and monitoring via API transports
• Ability to write code in Python or Go
• Ability to identify and mitigate network risks and issues
• Comfort with the Linux command line
• Proven track record of handling complex projects with minimal oversight
