Network SRE

In this Network SRE role, you will design, build, and operate network and datacenter infrastructure to support high‑performance trading. You’ll join the Shared Engineering team, collaborating across domains to scale global infrastructure and improve reliability. You will tackle outages, perform root‑cause analyses, and automate complex systems. This is a hands‑on, cross‑team role that values proactive learning, strong engineering fundamentals, and a drive to push technology boundaries in a fast‑paced trading environment.

• Develop and simplify network and datacenter infrastructure with clear, scalable designs
• Support high‑performance trading by addressing outages and performing root cause analysis to expand global infrastructure
• Automate complex systems and processes for reliable operation
• Pursue new knowledge and ideas and manage projects with minimal oversight

• Strong network engineering and architecture skills
• Knowledge of switch internals, Ethernet, IP routing, VPN, tunneling protocols, routing protocols, firewall configuration, and debugging
• Proficiency in network automation, management, and monitoring via API transports
• Ability to write code beyond scripting, particularly Python or Go
• Ability to identify and mitigate network risks and issues
• Comfort with the Linux command line
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects with minimal oversight
• Willingness to work outside comfort zone
