In this role, you will shape the future of our supply chain by turning data into actionable insights that drive network design and optimisation. You will work across warehousing, transport and fulfilment to improve efficiency, service and cost, partnering with multiple functions to support strategic decisions. You’ll model scenarios, forecast capacity, and monitor network utilisation to enable long-term planning and growth. This is a collaborative, forward‑looking opportunity to influence how Dunelm’s network scales with business demand.

- Support the development and continuous improvement of the supply chain network strategy through detailed analysis and modelling
- Conduct network modelling and scenario analysis for distribution, fulfilment and transportation strategies
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify opportunities to improve network effectiveness, service and cost
- Support strategic network design projects with data collection, forecasting and recommendations
- Develop capacity forecasts and analyse growth plans to support long-term planning
- Monitor network utilisation and identify potential capacity constraints across warehouse and transport operations
- Create reports, dashboards and performance metrics for visibility of key network trends
- Produce financial, operational and sensitivity analyses to support business cases and investments
- Support evaluations of automation solutions, emerging technologies and innovative fulfilment models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions and translate insights into practical recommendations
- Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives for future growth
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, network planning, business analytics or a similar analytical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, SQL or similar analytics platforms
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, transport networks and fulfilment processes
- Experience building forecasts, models, business cases or scenario-based analyses
- Strong attention to detail and a structured data analysis approach
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Confidence working across functions and building relationships at all levels
- Proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
