Network Support Specialist – Level 1

We are looking for a Network Support Specialist – Level 1 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual – French + English


• Security Clearance: Reliability


• Location of Work: On-site, Canadian Forces base (CFB) Bagotville, Quebec


• Mandatory requirements:
  
  
  
  • The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting network environments, including activities such as receiving IT equipment, inventory and/accountability of IT assets, installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, transfer of assets, and provision of IT support services.
  
  
  • The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of experience producing, reviewing, modifying, or maintaining technical documentation related to IT systems or network environments, including systems design specifications, installation documentation, configuration documentation, testing documentation, deployment documentation, or transfer of deliverables and configuration information to operational staff.
  
  
  • The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of one (1) year of experience coordinating activities with clients, users, stakeholders, or project team members in support of an information technology (IT) project or operational environment.
