Network Support Specialist – Meraki & Fortinet

Rogers Communications, Inc. seeks a Technical Specialist for Rogers Business Managed Service in Markham, ON. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and administer Cisco Meraki and Fortinet solutions to ensure service availability and timely incident resolution.

Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners to improve service performance and customer experience, including firewall, SD-WAN, and Wi‑Fi services. Onsite role with strong emphasis on documentation and change-management.
