Locums - Jonesboro, Georgia Neurology Opportunity

Clinical Role RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist for locums coverage in Jonesboro, Georgia. This opportunity is primarily focused on General Neurology in an outpatient clinic setting and includes scheduled clinical hours plus in-house call for assigned patients. Neurologists with EMG experience will also be considered.

Assignment Details

• Coverage: November 9, 2026 - February 26, 2027

• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Scheduled clinical hours plus call

• In-house call

• Call limited to assigned patients

• General Neurology

Position Highlights

• Outpatient Neurology opportunity

• Monday-Friday daytime schedule

• Approximately 2 patient encounters per hour

• Typical visit length: 40 minutes

• General Neurology focus

• Site is seeking providers specifically with neuromuscular and EMG skill set

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with general neurologic conditions

• Provide scheduled outpatient Neurology care

• Manage assigned patients during in-house call coverage

• Perform comprehensive neurologic evaluations and treatment planning

• EMG experience may be utilized if applicable

Support & Technology

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

• Active Georgia medical license required

• ABLS required

• ACLS required

• BLS required

Organization & Team

• Outpatient Neurology setting

• Monday-Friday clinical schedule

• In-house call responsibilities for assigned patients

• General Neurology practice with potential opportunity to use EMG skills
