Neurology Physician

• Seeking an Adult Neurologist for an immediate/ASAP locum tenens opportunity in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
• Assignment is expected to continue through February 2027 , or until a permanent physician begins.
• Position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule.
• Physician will provide both outpatient clinic and inpatient neurological coverage.
• Neurology clinic is located approximately 5 minutes from the hospital and less than one mile away .
• Clinic volume is approximately 3 4 hours of clinical time per day .
• Physician will be expected to provide consultation on stroke patients .
• No overnight call responsibility.
• Telemedicine coverage is available from 7:00 PM 7:00 AM .
• After completing the clinic schedule, the physician will return to the hospital to provide inpatient coverage.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Board Certification through the American Board and Stroke Certification are required.
• Active South Carolina medical license is preferred, or the physician must be ready to obtain/receive the license at the time of presentation.
