This hospital-employed urology position offers a competitive guaranteed salary for 1 2 years , followed by a quality/production-based compensation plan .

Position Details:

• Hospital-employed role with guaranteed base salary + incentive compensation
• Work with a collaborative medical staff of 125+ physicians and APPs
