Neurologist - Full-Time OpportunityLocation: Ashtabula, OhioSetting: Outpatient-focused neurology practiceEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (No Locums)Start Date: Flexible Clinical Details
  • Schedule: Full-time (negotiable)
  • Patient Volume: 15-20 patients/day (non-negotiable)
  • On-Call: 10 days/month
  • Patient Population: 100% adult
  • Practice Breakdown:
  • 95% outpatient
  • 5% inpatient
  • 0% rehab / 0% sleep (sleep optional if desired)
  • Trauma cases: 0-5%
  • Support Staff:
  • 1 EMG Tech
  • 1 LPN
  • Shared receptionist
  • Group Size: 50 physicians, 10 APPs
  • Procedures/Equipment:
  • EMG onsite
  • Lab & X-ray onsite
  • EMR: Epic
  • Residency Requirement: Must live within 40 miles or be willing to relocate
  • Visa Candidates: H-1B and J-1 accepted Compensation & Benefits
    • Base Salary: Competitive (discussed at interview)
    • Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
    • Relocation Assistance: Provided
    • Contract Structure:
    • Years 1-2: Guaranteed base + bonus incentive
    • Year 3: Productivity model + bonus incentive
  • CME: $5,000 annual allowance
