Medical Director of Stroke / Neurologist opening in NY Located in Olean, NY Full-Time, PermanentPractice Overview:

• Full-time Neurology opportunity with Medical Director of Stroke responsibilities
• Practice includes General Neurology and Stroke care
• Provide inpatient consultation services and outpatient care
• Lead and coordinate stroke care systems and programs
• Drive program development to maintain Primary Stroke Center accreditation
• Provide direction to the stroke care team, including medical staff, nursing, and other stakeholders
• Serve as a resource for regulatory agencies and support compliance requirements
• Maintain required documentation for stroke program standards
• Practice in a 186-bed hospital setting with a service area of approximately 110,000
• Medical staff of 231+ members
• J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Salary range: $350,000 - $425,000

Job Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified in General Neurology
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Neurology residency
• Valid New York State medical license
• DEA required
• Medicaid number required
• Vascular Neurology fellowship preferred
