New Business Hunter – Security & Access Solutions

Infinity Resource Solutions in Gloucester is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business across commercial sectors. The role is hybrid, covering Gloucestershire and surrounding counties, reporting to the Sales Director.

Base salary £30,000–£40,000, with OTE £60,000+ uncapped commission. You will build and manage a pipeline from first contact to completion, prepare quotations, negotiate and close, and collaborate with operations to deliver.
