New Homes Manager: Estate Agency & Developer Partnerships

Connells Group, Barnard Marcus New Homes division, is seeking an Estate Agency New Homes Manager in Putney, South West London. You will work Monday-Friday with full autonomy, acting as the bridge between developers and branches to drive new homes instructions and revenue.

The role focuses on pricing strategy, market positioning, and building strong B2B partnerships across Putney and surrounding areas, with clear progression routes into senior leadership and a competitive, incentivised package.
