Night Shift DC Team Lead: Data-Driven Ops

MECCA is seeking an experienced Night Shift Team Leader on a fixed-term contract in Victoria, Canada, to guide a frontline team and meet safety, quality and productivity targets. You’ll motivate staff, ensure efficient resource use, and collaborate with Operations Managers and other shifts to keep the operation running smoothly.

You will use data and KPIs to drive performance, coach team members, and maintain high standards while modelling MECCA values and a strong safety mindset.
