  • Job Title: NOC Engineer
  • Salary: up to 41k pa DOE (32k pa + 9k pa shift allowance)
  • Location: Belfast
  • Contract : Permanent, full-time
  • Work Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or IT Support environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across networking and IT infrastructure
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
  • Eligible to obtain security clearance

Desirable:

  • CCNA or equivalent networking certification
  • Windows OS and Server support experience
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management environments
  • Experience using network monitoring tools
  • Previous exposure to critical infrastructure or high-availability environments
  • Experience working with telecoms, MSPs, or enterprise support teams
  • Knowledge of networking technologies including routing and switching
