Join Holy Name Medical Center, New Jersey's only independent Catholic health system, as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Nocturnist. This employed opportunity offers a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule, competitive compensation, and the support of an established hospitalist program within a respected healthcare organization that has served the community for nearly 100 years. The incoming physician will work nights exclusively alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers, providing inpatient care in a well-supported environment. Opportunity Highlights

• Employed Nocturnist position with Holy Name Physicians
• Predictable 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• Nights-only position with a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. schedule
• $382,200 base salary ($175/hour equivalent)
• Signing bonus available
• Relocation assistance available
• 1 week of PTO
• Join an established team of 31 physicians and advanced practice providers. Multiple nocturnists scheduled nightly for strong clinical support. No intensive care unit rounding responsibilities
• No call requirements and occurrence-based malpractice coverage
