Nocturnist Physician

We are seeking a dedicated physician to replace a departing team member moving out of the region. The position involves working in a closed ICU environment with no procedures or codes required. The schedule follows a 7 on - 7 off pattern, with shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, collaborating with two other nocturnists.

Responsibilities

• Average of 5 admissions per night per physician.
• Work exclusively on the primary care and critical care floors.
• Supervise, teach, and work with residents.
• Treat community patients on the floor.
• Provide consultation if necessary for surgery and OB/GYN residents.

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM).
• Need a Connecticut (CT) license.
