Nocturnist Physician

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team for a night shift position. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a closed ICU setting with a supportive team. The work schedule is from 7pm to 7am on a 3-on-4-off rotation, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for admitting 6-8 patients per shift with the assistance of an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a closed ICU setting during night shifts.
• Admit and manage 6-8 patients per shift with the support of an APC.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE).
• Looking for a long-term fit.
• Will consider H1B candidates.
