Node.js Backend for Figma-to-Client Asset Delivery Portal

We are Apex Design Studio, a UK-based UI/UX agency. We need an expert Node.js developer to build a secure backend system that connects our internal Figma workspaces directly to a client-facing asset delivery portal.

Scope & Requirements

I need a highly-optimized, secure Node.js API (NestJS or Express with TypeScript preferred) that fetches active design assets from the Figma API, handles heavy asset processing (on-the-fly watermarking and image scaling), and stores them securely in AWS S3. You will need to implement secure JWT-based client authentication and webhook handlers to listen for asset updates in Figma. Clean, test-driven code is a must.

Key Deliverables

A fully functional Node.js backend codebase, complete integration with Figma's REST API and webhooks, AWS S3 secure upload/download pipeline with pre-signed URLs, and light documentation for deployment to Heroku or AWS.
